AI-Generated Imagery Disclosure

Clothset uses artificial intelligence to generate virtual try-on images. These images are not real photographs. They are AI-generated compositions that show an approximation of how a garment might look when worn.

What This Means

These are not photos. Every try-on image on Clothset is generated by AI. No actual clothing was worn or photographed in the creation of these images. All AI-generated images are labeled: AI Preview • Not a Real Photo • clothset.com
Results are approximate. AI-generated images may not accurately represent fit, color, texture, drape, or proportion of actual garments. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for trying on clothing in person or consulting brand-specific size guides.
Brand imagery. Product images used as inputs to our AI model are sourced from brand and retailer product listings. The AI-generated output is a derivative composition and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by the brand unless explicitly stated.
Affiliate relationships. Clothset earns commissions on purchases made through links on our site. This does not influence which products are shown or how AI images are generated. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

How It Works

When you upload a photo and select a garment, our system sends both images to a third-party AI model that generates a composite image showing the garment on your body. Before we show you the result, we burn a disclosure label into the image itself. If that label cannot be applied for any reason, we discard the render rather than show you an unlabelled one. The label is part of the image rather than an overlay, so it survives saving and sharing — but we cannot claim it is impossible to remove, since anyone can crop or edit an image they have downloaded.

Your Uploaded Photos

Photos you upload are processed by third-party AI services to generate virtual try-on images.
Uploaded photos and generated images are stored in private, access-controlled cloud storage. They are not publicly readable, and are served to you through links that expire.
Your photos are not shared with brands, advertisers, or other third parties beyond the AI processing service.
Your photos are not used to train AI models.
To delete your photos and everything generated from them, email sky@clothset.com. A one-tap delete control is coming to your account; until it ships, that email is the way to do it.

Clothset uses third-party virtual try-on AI models to generate images. We do not claim these images represent reality. Users should always refer to official brand product pages for accurate product information, sizing, and availability.
